Filling out KPI Forms

WEBSITE TRAFFIC tab

First, we need to login to Google Analytics and search for the client’s account.

Then, select Audience from the left-hand menu bar, and go to overview.

Then select Acquisition from the same left-hand menu bar, and copy the information in All traffic –> Channels, the sessions column.

PAID SEARCH tab

For this tab, the information is in AcquisitionGoogle ads, Campaigns
Right above the graph, you will see some links. The last one says “Clicks“. That will give you the information you need.

GMB INSIGHTS tab

To fill out this tab, login to Google My Business and search for the client’s business name.

Select all locations that apply, and scroll to top of the screen, click on download insights.

Open in Excel or import to Google Sheets to extract the data.

LEADS BREAKDOWN tab

For this, go to the dealer’s website, login as an ADMIN, go to forms, and count the month in question’s entries, excluding spam or repeat entries.
